The options are endless! For engraving, glassware and metal like champagne flutes, tumblers, fragrances, and candles are perfect. Foiling is best on materials like leather and satin, so keychains, journals, luggage tags, and ribbons work well. We can always grab the pen for calligraphy on things like acrylic, notecards, tags, and pressurized bottles (no engravings those - they could explode!).

We'll talk through what makes the most sense for your vision, guest count, timing, and budget. Bonus points if I can test materials ahead of time.

Sure can! I'll come prepared with instructions and order forms for guests, and often times a trusty assistant to keep things running efficiently, even at high-volume events. Depending on your guest count, timing, and services requested, we may need another artist to join. No worries there, I've got plenty of talented calligrafriends who I can call on to help.

That depends! I can generally complete 20–30+ pieces per hour, with something like paint pen on acrylic or pen to paper moving quickly, and more intricate pieces like engraved glassware or fragrance bottles taking a bit longer. My priority is keeping things moving smoothly while delivering beautiful, high-quality work every time.

Absolutely! I'm based in Philadelphia, PA and love doing events in the city. I'm also more than happy to travel near and far. We'll chat through those details during our initial consultation. Travels fees may apply and will be included in your final quote.

Dates get booked quickly, especially during the holidays and other peak seasons, and there's only one of me to go around! The sweet spot is about 2-3 months out, though I'm more than happy to accommodate last-minute requests if I'm free.
